Cancellation and Refund Policy

• From the packet start period, you receive all of the payment in the cancellations until 30 days ago.
• 29--14 to the beginning of the package is to pay to work You get back 80%.
• If the package is not less than 14 days, the payment cannot be returned.

Contact Medvouch in case of required cancellation or change of Services. The important thing is to be notified in writing. The cancellation conditions of some suppliers vary depending on the different. Refunds made by Medvouch Credit Card or Wire Transfer will incur an additional charge of 2.9% of the total payment. It will be refunded to you in the same currency, but the exchange rate will be determined by the day of cancellation (doesn't always match the amount you said). After the return payment transactions are approved by Medvouch, it will be reflected in your account within 14 working days at the latest.
